The Arbitration Bill, making changes to the Arbitration Act 1996, was still in discussion in Parliament when the Prime Minister called an election on 4 July 2024.
The reforms did not pass before Parliament was dissolved and will have to be re-introduced in a future Parliament – under the next Government.
